| FOR FOOD PICKED UP BY THE CUSTOMER For smaller orders that are to be picked up by you, please place the order 3 days in advance. You may pick up the food from our facility at the stipulated time. All food items will be packed only in disposable dishes. No Charge for Pick-Up by Customer . For larger orders (eg., Receptions etc), please place the order TWO WEEKS in advance. If you prefer to pick up the food from our facility, please come at the stipulated time. All food items will be packed only in disposable dishes. No Charge for Pick-Up by Customer . Chafing Dishes, Food Warmers, Linens, Skirting etc., can be rented from us depending on the availability. Please let us know. |
| FOR FOOD DELIVERED BY JRC STAFF. Your actual charge will depend upon the distance between your facility and ours. The final delivery is calculated on the basis of $ 1.00 per running mile. The Minimum delivery charge is $25.00. Our Staff will deliver the food at the Front Door or in the Garage of your house or at the docking deck or entrance of other facilities. Delivery does not include brining the food to basement of houses or set up of the food at your facility. |
| TERMS & CHARGES FOR FOOD DELIVERY |
FULL SERVICE includes the delivery of food to your site, setting up of buffet and the services of JRC Staff during the function. 1. Delivery of Food ..................................................(as described above). 2. Buffet Set Up. Setting up the buffet tables by the JRC staff is a part of the Full Service (not available separately). JRC will provide the necessary Staff, linen, skirting, chafing dishes, and serving utensils. For elaborate setup additional JRC staff will be required. The Charge for the Buffet Set Up is as follows: $ 45.00 for up to 100 guests, $ 90.00 for 100 to 200 guests, and $135.00 for 200 to 400 guests. Buffet tables are to be provided by the client. We can provide Disposable Paper Plates, Napkins and Plastic Ware for $ 0.75 per person. We can also provide China, Glasses, Silverware, linen Napkins, and linen for dinner tables for additional charge. Please contact us ahead of time to make the appropriate arrangements prior to signing the contract. 3. Services by JRC Staff during the event. JRC will provide the necessary Staff including Food Servers, Bar Attendants, Food Carvers. A minimum of two servers are required for serving food to 50 to 100 guests (if disposable dishes are used). One more Server is required for every additional 100 guests. (For elaborate setup additional JRC staff will be required). The charge for 1 Servers for an 5-hour period is $ 135.00. Charge for each additional server is $ 135.00. Additional time (if required) will be charged at the rate of $20.00 per hour per server. Buffet attendants are responsible only for the Buffet Tables and the Kitchen. General cleaning of the facility is not included. |
